Satan's Windchimes: Johnny
This is one of a series of character concepts for a story involving a goth band and some Gaiman-esque faeries. Lord knows if I'll every actually do the story, but I thought I'd share the pics.Johnny is the guitarist. He does a lot of the songwriting, and is one of the founding members (along with MaRk and Patricia. He's a bit unlucky in love, giving his whole heart to girls and being rejected; but he hides it well, and tends to land on his feet after a night of depressed debauchery. (Johnny joined the original band as much to get close to Patricia as anything else; but that crush has evolved into a strong friendship.)
Johnny suffers more from the "useless artsy type" problem than anyone else in the band; but even so he has learnt to handle it in a fairly professional manner and accepts (even if he doesn't actually understand) that people like his songs even when they're utter rubbish.
