IV - Luna
Ingenue Vicki is a figure based on Victoria 3's mesh, but with modified rigging. She's also scaled smaller, intended to be about 5'4 rather than V3's 5'10. She occupies a niche, to say the least, and doen't have a whole lot of support. She certainly doesn't have any character packs made for her.She does take V3's textures, though. So I've decided to use her for any characters that are just textures, not morphs (there are a couple of them).
I've again made use of the new UberPointlight in this pic, though this time there is a fill light as well.
